Series Overview

Green Initiatives need not come with a heavy price tag. In fact, such efforts are often rewarded with financial savings and opportunities for your newspaper’s brand. That’s why Green Press Initiative and their Canadian partner, Canopy, are coordinating a series of free environmental webinars tailored for newspaper publishers large and small. No fees or travel required!

About your Authors

Green Press Initiative and Canopy are North America’s leading environmental-publishing NGOs. Each has extensive experience working with leading newspaper, book, and magazine publishers, printers, and paper mills on sustainability issues. In the course of that work they have developed many tools and systems to support large publishers in their efforts to
reduce their carbon and biodiversity footprints. Canopy and Green Press Initiative are now working closely with US newspaper publishers to address paper consumption, the area where publishers have the greatest impact, and advancing green innovations across the paper supply chain.
